Hera Residences | Lisbon

Hera Residences – a significant urban development.

DDM’s most recent success relates to an investment with a GDV of circa €120 million in a scheme of approximately 300 residential apartments in Lisbon of which 96% has been sold.

Her Residences is one of the few remaining centrally located components of the Alta de Lisboa project, a Portuguese community on the northern edge of Lisbon.

The development comprises 284 apartments with first-class finishes, an abundance of light, comfort and functionality.

The typologies range from T0 to T4 with areas varying between 57 and 167 m2.

Reserva da Luz | Lagos, Algarve

Reserva da Luz is a unique and special project. Our stunning oceanfront location has matured over time.
